A new start. COVID impact.

Hello Everyone. Let me start by introducing myself. I have been a stylist for 13 years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I worked at the same salon starting just after finishing cosmetology school. The salon group I worked for like every salon was closed due to COVID 19, and when I was ready to return I was informed that due to capacity restrictions there was no longer room for me. How did this make me feel? Hurt, Sad, Angry, and full of doubt. How did I deal with it? I chose to let the feelings pass, acknowledge them, embrace them and ultimately release them. I am learning and growing from my experience and I am looking forward to a brighter future. I see a new start, fresh beginnings and a life blessed. This is the future I am living into.
